Jonathan Gerard

Fresh out of film school, Jonathan started out with stints as a director's assistant at Silverscreen and Film Construction.

He then got the urge to move into promos.

Having already shot a charming little no budget video for a mates' band, The Sneaks, he joined Fish in 2005. At the same time he took a job at leading advertising agency Colenso BBDO, quickly being promoted to become a producer.

While working full time at Colenso, Jonathan gradually built up a solid body of work directing videos for The Mint Chicks, Pluto, Goodnight Nurse, Starky and Frontline.
